Backstone Ang’ana Otieno is a procurement expert. He has held senior positions in the public sector for more than 10 years.
Backstone holds an MSc (supply chain management), MBA (project management) and a BBA (Accounting and Finance). He is currently pursuing a PhD in contract management.
Backstone is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) of the UK.
He hails from Ebusikhale-Mumboha Village, Luanda Constituency, Vihiga County.Backstone joined CFC in 2013 .
